What is a vacuum dehydration drying device?

Evaporate moisture as much as possible, concentrating and drying! We will also introduce the cost-benefit model of the vacuum dehydration drying equipment.

A "decompression dehydration drying device" is a system that heats concentrated wastewater discharged from factories under reduced pressure, efficiently evaporating as much moisture as possible to concentrate and dry the waste. It can achieve a reduction in industrial waste discharge and significantly lower industrial waste treatment costs. Our company offers analysis of various types of wastewater, cost reduction, zero-emission estimates, simulations, design, construction, and sales. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. 【Features】 ■ Heats concentrated wastewater discharged from factories under reduced pressure ■ Efficiently evaporates as much moisture as possible to concentrate and dry the waste ■ Achieves a reduction in industrial waste discharge and significantly lowers industrial waste treatment costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Introducing a Vacuum Dehydration Drying Device] Semiconductor Component Manufacturing Industry, Company S

The reclaimed water adopts biological treatment in the later stage! An example of reducing the COD value of reclaimed water by cutting the first distillate by 15%.

We would like to introduce a case study of Company S, a semiconductor component manufacturer located in Indonesia, which has implemented a "decompression dehydration drying device." In the company, when introducing a new product manufacturing process, they considered wastewater treatment. They tried various methods, but the COD value became a bottleneck, leading them to ultimately choose treatment through decompression. The recovered water underwent biological treatment in the subsequent stage. The wastewater contained low-boiling-point solvents, and by cutting the initial distillate by 15%, they were able to suppress the COD value of the recovered water. 【Case Overview】 ■ Customer Name: Company S ■ Location: Indonesia ■ Industry: Semiconductor Component Manufacturing ■ Model Introduced: G 750 Type ■ Introduction Date: November 2014 ■ Treated Wastewater: Production Process Wastewater ■ Treatment Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device] Food Manufacturing Industry, Company M

Activating zero emissions! Introduction of a case study that achieved stabilization of wastewater treatment facilities!

At Company M, a food manufacturing business located in a certain area of Saitama Prefecture, the introduction of a "decompression dehydration drying device" has addressed the high load that rice washing water places on wastewater treatment facilities, which was causing instability in processing capacity. As a result of the introduction, approximately 97% of COD, about 90% of BOD, nearly 100% of SS, and around 99% of n-Hex have been removed, achieving stabilization of the wastewater treatment facilities. Additionally, by intentionally adjusting the residue from the cooking process to a paste-like consistency, it has been converted into a valuable feed for pig farming, promoting zero emissions. 【Case Overview】 ■ Customer Name: Company M ■ Location: Certain area in Saitama Prefecture ■ Industry: Food Manufacturing ■ Model Introduced: G 750 Type ■ Introduction Date: December 2009 ■ Waste Liquid Processed: Rice Washing Water ■ Processing Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Features of the vacuum dehydration drying device

Prevent scaling (burning) with a Teflon scraper! We will also introduce some trivia!

The "Decompression Dehydration Drying Device" features a unique stirring and discharge screw built into the distillation kettle, making it resistant to scaling (burning). Its simple structure allows for very easy handling, and the angled stirring enables automatic discharge of distillation residues. Additionally, as a tidbit about this product, the "stirring blades" are designed to constantly scrub the inner walls of the distillation kettle with Teflon plates to prevent the precipitated residues from sticking, and the blades are angled to direct the residues to the discharge outlet for automatic removal. 【Features】 ■ Unique stirring and discharge screw (Teflon plate) built into the distillation kettle ■ Resistant to scaling (burning) ■ Automatic discharge of distillation residues with angled stirring ■ Very easy to handle due to its simple structure *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
